Yuliya Pollack is a former Assistant State Attorney for Seminole County, Florida, with experience handling criminal cases including DUI, driving on a suspended license, disorderly conduct, battery, and theft-related offenses. She also represents clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence. Ms. Pollack earned her law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Canisius College. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida and is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

Arthur Pollack earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Business in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2014. As the managing partner of Pollack and Pollack Law, he represents clients in immigration matters and personal injury cases, including car accidents. Eneid Bano earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010 and has practiced in Central Florida for over 15 years. He has handled thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony trials and serves on the Court Appointed lists for Criminal and Dependency cases in multiple Florida judicial circuits. Mr. Bano is also admitted to practice in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida federal courts and speaks fluent French, Italian, and Albanian.
